Cartier North America is seeking a High Jewelry Client Coordinator to support U.S. and Canadian retail teams in developing high-end clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Previous experience in jewelry industry preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team.
• Interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Spanish/French or additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the boutique network in daily Retail needs with in-depth client research and Relational tasks.
• Maintain the Salesforce database with reassignments, client relationships, and multi-market validations.
• Create and update the HE Client Development file and evaluate monthly HE sales for new client potential.
• Assist with bespoke sponsorship initiatives by gathering submissions, updating files, coordinating payments, and tracking results.
• Arrange local and international VIP boutique tours and appointments in collaboration with the HE Experience Team.
• Assist with High-End Holiday Gifting and ensure compliance with PII rules.
• Allocate High Jewelry event books and distribute to clients, Experts, and boutiques, ensuring data accuracy.
• Contribute to the HJ Client Book project and archive updates.
• Support client strategy for local and international HJ & Watch events.
