Job summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a Store Manager, Jewelry to lead the Seattle showroom's Customer Experience team and drive sales performance. This in-person role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and delivering luxury service to guests Tuesday–Saturday while achieving quarterly targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain growth and exemplary customer experiences in a sustainable jewelry brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales to achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Robust CRM software experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset.
• BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Commitment to respect and inclusion in the workplace.
• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to meet quarterly sales targets.
