Brilliant Earth is seeking a Jewelry Consultant for our Seattle, WA showroom. You will guide customers through the life of the sale via in-person and virtual appointments, live chat, and phone interactions while delivering a luxury, personalized experience.

The role is in-person and requires weekend availability as part of a full-time schedule. You will manage showroom appointments, assist with post-sale services, and uphold our mission of sustainable, transparent jewelry.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through sales decisions in a luxury retail setting.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Comfort maintaining product knowledge and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
