Job summary

Brilliant Earth in San Jose, CA seeks a Luxury Store Manager, Jewelry to lead our showroom and elevate the customer experience. This in-person role requires owning store outcomes, coaching a team of assistants and consultants, and driving sales performance in a luxury jewelry environment.

The ideal candidate will work Tue-Sat, demonstrate strong business acumen, and obsess over guest satisfaction while managing KPIs and operations. Excellent leadership and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities
