The role focuses on coaching teams, delivering personalized selling experiences, and maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints. Flexible hours reflect business needs.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year of management experience
• Specialty retail/jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality where required
