Job summary

Grown Brilliance, powered by the Leap Platform, seeks a Sales Supervisor to elevate the boutique experience through relationship-driven selling, coaching, and clientengagement. You will lead by example on the sales floor, using storytelling to educate clients and drive sales while mentoring associates to uphold brand excellence.

In collaboration with Store Leader, you’ll drive client engagement, set store priorities, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven success in relationship-based selling and achieving sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong product storytelling skills to educate clients and create meaningful connections.
• Experience with CRM and retail technology, including Endear, Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor with personalized, relationship-driven selling experiences.
• Build meaningful client relationships through appointment selling, proactive outreach, and follow-up.
• Leverage product knowledge to educate clients and guide the purchase journey.
• Coach and support team to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards.
• Partner with store leadership to execute business priorities and client activations.
