Leap is seeking a Sales Advisor to represent Grown Brilliance at a boutique. You will engage customers with authentic connections, share brand stories, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

The role involves daily sales initiatives, store upkeep, and collaboration with teammates to meet goals. Commission-eligible with growth opportunities and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail, hospitality, or another relationship-driven customer service environment.
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills to educate clients and create meaningful connections.
• Professional and engaging presence with empathy, sound judgment, and a service mindset.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
