The Leap platform powers modern luxury retail experiences and is hiring a Sales Supervisor for the Grown Brilliance boutique, powered by Leap. You will lead client engagement on the floor, coach associates to elevate service, and drive sales performance while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, with strong storytelling, CRM experience (Endear), and a passion for coaching teams to deliver a premium client journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven success in relationship-based selling, clienteling, and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong product storytelling skills to educate clients and create meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Client Engagement: deliver personalized, relationship-driven selling experiences and strengthen client relationships.
• Coach & Develop the Team: provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance selling skills and performance.
• Support Store Performance & Operations: align with leadership on priorities, inventory, merchandising, and daily procedures.
• KPIs focus on Sales, Client Experience, Team Development, and Operational Excellence.
