Job summary

Leap, Inc. is seeking dynamic Sales Advisors for the Grown Brilliance boutique in Atlanta, delivering exceptional in-store experiences and fostering brand connections. You will drive customer satisfaction, balance multiple priorities, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes opportunities for keyholder duties and exposure to Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace. Compensation is hourly with commission, commensurate with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Luxury retail experience with premium accessories knowledge and service expectations.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives and enhance team and customer engagement.
• Maintain visual and operational standards across the store.
• Open/close duties and potential keyholder responsibilities.
