Leap seeks an Assistant Manager for a luxury jewelry boutique, working with the General Manager to drive sales and elevate client service. You will lead on the sales floor, champion clienteling, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a polished, personalized client experience.

Role requires strong relationship-based selling, coaching abilities, and operational excellence, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience within fine jewelry or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales through relationship-based selling and clienteling.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into action.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to meet service goals.
• Experience building a client book through outreach, appointments, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Lead through relationship-based selling and exceptional client engagement.
• Monitor performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Support client acquisition, retention, and boutique growth.
• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure standards of presentation and security.
