Brilliant Earth seeks a Sales Associate, Luxury Jewelry to welcome clients in Beverly Hills. As a Jewelry Consultant you will guide customers through the life of the sale via in-person appointments, walk-ins, phone, and live chat, delivering a personalized luxury experience.

You will manage high-volume leads, meet sales targets, and act as a brand advocate focused on sustainability. This in-person role requires weekend availability and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales inquiries via email, live chat, and phone to attain revenue targets and deliver luxury service.
• Proactively greet and assist customers in the purchasing process and in post-sale activities.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, and resizing inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback to continuously improve experience and sales performance.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe, pleasant environment and product security.
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate, supporting our sustainable, transparent jewelry mission.
