Brilliant Earth in New York, NY is seeking a Jewelry Consultant to deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience in our Flatiron showroom. You’ll guide clients through in-store and virtual appointments, manage multiple channels, and help customers select timeless jewelry while upholding our sustainable brand standards.

The role requires a full-time weekend schedule, in-person service, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Guides customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-ins.
• Manages high volume of inbound leads via email, chat, and phone for revenue targets.
• Greets and assists customers in-store, creating a personalized experience.
• Conducts post-sale follow-ups for pickups, exchanges, and sizing.
• Calls customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Reviews feedback to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforces showroom policies to ensure safety and product security.
• Opens and closes the showroom and waiting area.
• Uses ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Advocates Brilliant Earth's mission of sustainable, transparent jewelry.
