Job summary

Brilliant Earth in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Associate, Jewelry (Jewelry Consultant) to guide customers through the life of the sale across in-person and virtual appointments, phones, or live chat. You will help clients find their perfect jewelry match from our luxury collection and work to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and is based in our Austin showroom.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Communicates clearly with customers and teammates to ensure a seamless sale.
• Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations.
• Manage high volume sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to hit revenue targets.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies in the waiting room to ensure safety and product security.
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use the ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate for Brilliant Earth's sustainable jewelry mission.
