The role emphasizes relationship-building, in-person and written communication, and active participation in community events and in-boutique activities. Availability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and building loyal clientele.
• Attend community and in-boutique events to generate new business and invite clients.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and reporting.
• Assist daily in boutique display setup and maintain visual standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.
