Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Jewelry Operations Associate for the Jewelry Department. You will support all operational functions, including processing new merchandise, returns, transfers, repairs, trunk shows, and case counts.

You will liaise with the Corporate Buying Team and Assist Selling Managers on the selling floor. The role requires quick learning of jewelry standards and IT systems, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a

• Ability to quickly learn systems, jewelry standards, and IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is entered into the case count system after it has been received.
• Retrieve and process all merchandise to be returned to the vendor or transferred in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a repair log, check merchandise in/out and track all repairs sent to the vendor or local shop.
• Submit repair invoices with proper documentation to Accounts Payable.
• Receive all merchandise for trunk shows and verify the number and condition of the pieces against the manifest list.
• Assist in trunk show set-up/take-down, compile results and recap the trunk show business.
• Ensure case counts are completed and all discrepancies are reconciled.
