Saks Fifth Avenue in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate to manage daily General Office duties and Jewelry Department operations under the Assistant General Manager. You will support opening procedures, cash handling, and customer service while maintaining jewelry standards.

The role requires strong computer skills, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with dependability.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry operations preferred.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open the store: manage safes, registers, and distribute reports.
• Handle daily cash entries, deposits, chargebacks, and petty cash.
• Resolve customer issues and process orders and shipments.
• Maintain jewelry operations: follow standards, receipts, and price changes.
• Coordinate showroom setups, trunk shows, and special orders.
• Assist on the selling floor and process fulfillment orders.
