Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Client Advisor for our Parsippany, NJ contact center to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales across multiple channels.

You will build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and resolve client needs with energy and empathy while upholding Tiffany's brand standards. The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.

• Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and live message platforms.
• Flexibility to work a varied 5-day in-person schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States on site.
• Preferred contact center experience, preferably in retail.
• Luxury experience and knowledge of the jewelry industry preferred.
