Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to join our Parsippany, NJ onsite Client Contact Center. You will deliver luxury, personalized service across phone, email, and live chat, aiming to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.

Strong communication, a high-energy attitude, and the ability to multitask across platforms are essential, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is commission-eligible and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy and passion.
• Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms.
• Ability to multitask – handling phone, email, and live message platforms.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States on site.
• Contact Center experience, preferably retail.
• Luxury experience.
• Knowledge of jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
• Consistently deliver luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
• Escalate matters with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
• Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for the client.
• Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Get to know your client, make a personal connection, and collect relevant information for long-term relationship building.
• Always ensure compliance with all policies and processes.
• Communicate with passion and authenticity, using elevated verbal and written language.
