The RealReal is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper (Stock Associate) in Santa Monica. You will gain exposure to luxury merchandise while executing stockroom and floor merchandising tasks, ensuring a seamless back-of-house to sales-floor experience.

The role supports inventory movement, order processing, and loss-prevention practices in a fast-paced team setting. You will handle duties such as cycle counting, stock replenishment, product presentation, and customer service, with a focus on

Formación

• 1+ year in retail or customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Professional and courteous handling of customer interactions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments per inventory control processes.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Support loss prevention policies and procedures to protect assets.
• Manage inventory movement: mark-downs, transfers, consolidations, receiving and POS transactions.
• Assist in product placement and outfitting reflecting trends and TRR branding.
• Utilize core systems including POS, Mac and Google Suite.
• Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
