Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper to maintain a neat stockroom and organized sales floor while supporting inventory and merchandising processes. You will collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless back-of-house to front-of-store experience for customers.

This role requires a motivated, fast-paced individual who can handle multiple tasks, assist with stock movement, and use core systems including POS and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift, carry or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to use store equipment and technology as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments per TRR policies.
• Prepare and ship customers’ orders following packing standards.
• Support loss prevention policies and protect company assets.
• Manage inventory movement, mark-downs, transfers and POS transactions.
• Assist product placement and merchandising to reflect trends and brand messaging.
• Operate core systems including POS, Mac and Google Suite.
• Maintain neat, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed to support store operations.
