Hermès Paris is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the Madison Flagship Boutique in New York. The role oversees store inventory, receiving, ticketing and packing, and transfers to maintain accurate records and efficient operations.

With 2+ years in luxury retail operations supervision, you will manage aftersales processing, assist with counts, and collaborate with management to optimize stock and replenish needs while ensuring on-site duties are performed with precision.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in operations or back of house supervisory capacity in luxury retail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and follow policies.

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Participate in cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with management.

• Manage damages inventory and stock replenishment with management.
• Support management in analyzing business needs and inventory development.
