Hermès Aspen Boutique is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage store inventory and shipping processes in a luxury retail environment. The role supports weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and coordinating shipments with the Operations Manager and store leadership.

The candidate will maintain records, process incoming/outgoing shipments, handle returns, and assist with aftersales service. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with shipping software are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or back of house supervisory capacity in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and pay strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with guidance from management.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for shipments and inventory movements.
• Check in all returns against the prior day’s business and update records.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates.
• Process, record, and follow up on all aftersales service.
• Maintain inventory for damages and coordinate replenishment with store leadership.
