Job summary

Hermès Aspen Boutique seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory and daily shipping. You will support cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconcile stock with leadership. The role emphasizes accurate records, aftersales processing, and asset protection in a luxury retail environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervision, strong communication, and tech-savvy with internal systems and shipping software. In-person work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back of house supervisory capacity in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal policies and directives.
• Experience with technology to fully utilize internal systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in cycle counts, bi-annual inventories and reconciliations.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Check in all returns against the previous day’s business.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates.
• Process, record, maintain and follow up on all aftersales service.
• Process damages and maintain inventory for damages.
• Work with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs.
• Develop and improve inventory processes.
