Job summary

Luxury Living Group is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant for the Fendi CASA Boutique in Los Angeles. You will support the sales team by providing product information, advising on acquisitions, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.

The role involves identifying client needs, engaging in team selling, meeting quotas, and coordinating orders. Candidates should have 2–3 years in luxury retail and strong knowledge of interiors and furnishings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in high-end furniture or luxury goods preferred.
• Proven sales track record and strong commercial awareness.
• Experience working with private clients, interior designers and architects.
• Knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles, accessories and interior decoration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Interior Design, Architecture, Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and offer meeting those needs through products and services.
• Engage in team selling when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Respond to customer requests with information and online demonstrations.
• Provide input on merchandise requirements, pricing, store layout and showroom needs.
• Assist in scheduled physical inventory.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner.
• Use office technologies and CRM tools to process and track orders.
• Represent the company at scheduled events.
• Prospect to architects, interior designers and developers by phone or email.
• Stay up-to-date on product changes and developments.
• Visit clients outside the showroom when needed.
