Collective Design, the interior design studio of The Pinnacle Companies, is looking for a Lead Interior Designer to join our Frisco, Colorado team. You will guide projects from concept through installation, own client relationships at the highest level, and mentor designers on the team.

With 6+ years in high-end residential design, you’ll oversee FF&E, finishes, procurement, and documentation, collaborating with architects and builders to deliver exceptional luxury mountain homes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process from concept through finish and installation.
• Own client relationships at the highest level and present concepts with clarity.
• Mentor senior and associate designers to maintain high standards of craft.
