Job summary

Collective Design Group seeks a Lead Interior Designer to guide luxury residential projects in the Frisco, Colorado area. This hands-on role combines leadership, FF&E specification, and finish selections with direct client management and team mentorship across multi-phase renovations and custom homes.

You will own the design process from concept through installation, coordinating with architects and builders, while maintaining high standards of craft and collaboration in a mountain-region studio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design with a strong FF&E foundation including finish and material selection, full specification, procurement, and installation oversight.
• Construction documentation proficiency; navigate multi-phase projects with technical confidence; AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.
• Independent client relationship leadership with the ability to present to clients with decisiveness and design authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through finish installation on luxury homes and renovations.
• Own client relationships at the highest level and present concepts with clarity.
• Oversee fixed finishes and furnishings, budgeting, vendor sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Mentor senior and associate designers and collaborate with architects, builders, and vendors.
• Ensure design integrity and seamless project delivery across phases.
