The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn, in Sonoma County is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist. You will be the first and last contact, delivering personalized hospitality from arrival through departure, coordinating arrivals/departures, reservations, and guest communications.

Work closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Beverage to create seamless experiences, anticipate needs, and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in luxury hospitality or front desk roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests from arrival through checkout with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate reservations, arrivals/departures, and guest communications.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Beverage teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain guest records, process payments, and handle inquiries promptly.
