The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn in Healdsburg, CA, seeks a Morning Service Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality during breakfast service. You will manage guest-facing spaces, prepare beverages, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay for guests while coordinating with housekeeping, culinary, and leadership teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBS Certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
• California Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong food and beverage service knowledge.
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, and breakfast service is required.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast service and maintain guest-facing spaces.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other breakfast beverages.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms or designated dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Assist guests with local recommendations and transportation planning.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Promote The Selvedge experience with thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.
