Job summary

The Newbury Boston, part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Personal Dining Server to deliver and clear food and beverage orders to guest rooms with hospitality and efficiency. You will assist in maintaining In‑Room Dining areas and support the service team in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of F&B serving experience and strong English communication skills, plus a good knowledge of wines and beverages. This full‑time role is based in Boston at The Newbury Boston.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
• Above average knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and clear food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and current outlets.
• Provide attentive, courteous service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
