Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Food Server to curate the guest experience, take food and beverage orders, perform wine service, and maintain tables and side work in casual dining outlets.

You will uphold health code standards, deliver Forbes-standard service, and communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Age 18+, MA Gaming Commission licensing required, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of food server experience and sanitation knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
• Delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction.
• Assists with mise en place before, during and after service.
• Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.
• Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
