DC Global Talent Inc. seeks a Room Service Manager for a Forbes luxury hotel in Boston, MA. The role oversees 24-hour in-room dining and private bar operations with a focus on exceptional F&B service and guest relations.

You will lead a luxury Room Service team, manage budgets, coordinate with F&B leadership, and ensure top-tier dining experiences for discerning guests in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an F&B management role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labour management, and in-room dining operations.
• Excellent English communication skills; Forbes experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, coach, and develop the Room Service team to luxury standards.
• Handle guest complaints, VIP arrangements, and special requests with professionalism.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all F&B items, including wine and spirits.
• Collaborate with the Director of F&B and culinary team on menus and amenities.
• Control labour and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Ensure seamless 24-hour in-room dining and private bar service delivery.
• Monitor outlets and equipment, recommending improvements.
• Attend operational meetings to coordinate across departments.
