Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach is seeking an exceptional In-Room Dining (IRD) Server to deliver Forbes 5-Star standard service in guest rooms. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, maintain pristine IRD areas, and ensure guest satisfaction with discretion and courtesy.

Essential duties include knowledge of liquor regulations, proper food presentation, and collaboration with the Order taker/manager on duty.

Qualifications

• Proven guest-service experience in a luxury setting.
• Must be fluent in English for clear communication with guests and team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with hotel staff.
• Attention to detail in service, setup, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms.
• Retrieve and serve beverages and food according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of In-Room Dining areas.
• Assist with setup, replenishment, and breakdown of service stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with courtesy.
