Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, is seeking a multi-talented Server Assistant to enhance the guest dining experience in the restaurant outlet. You will retrieve and serve beverages and food, assist in table side preparations, and support in maintaining the dining area to hotel standards.

The role requires attentiveness, knowledge of wine and liquor, compliance with state regulations, and the ability to work as part of a luxury hospitality team. Prior luxury service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Food Handler Certification required.
• Current Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Hotel/luxury service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest dining experience and ensure service standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items per procedures.
• Handle payments and assist in maintaining restaurant area.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and VIP knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness and restock supplies at assigned station.
