Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, seeks an exceptional Server to enhance the guest dining experience through courteous, efficient service and expert knowledge of menu items and wine. You will take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and assist with side duties to ensure flawless execution.

Candidates must maintain high standards, follow alcohol regulations, and deliver outstanding guest relations in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

Diploma/Some College or equivalent required.
Must have a current Food Handler Certification.
Must have a current Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID.
Minimum 21 years of age to pour alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
Take guest food and beverage orders and input into system.
Provide table side preparation and service of items as required.
Open and serve wine/champagne to guests.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
Anticipate guests' needs and maintain positive guest relations.
Handle guest complaints following established procedures and ensure satisfaction.
Guide Server Assistants to deliver optimal service.
Present checks and process payments in accordance with policies.
Record and report tips, restock supplies, and maintain inventory.
