Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Server to deliver Forbes 5 Star level service in guest rooms. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, collect payments, and maintain immaculate In-Room Dining areas in a luxury hotel setting.

Requires English fluency, a Food Handler and ABC certification, and at least 3 years of restaurant service experience; 21+ to pour alcohol. This is a full-time, on-site role in Montecito, CA with tips included.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Some College or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Must hold a current Food Handler Certification.
• Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID.
• Minimum 21 years of age to pour alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum three years of experience in restaurant service.
• Hotel operational exposure to luxury properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and retrieve/serve items to guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Provide Forbes 5 Star level service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of In-Room Dining areas and equipment.
• Process payments and handle guest requests with discretion and decorum.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar and Order Taker/Manager on duty to ensure flawless service.
• Assist with opening/closing side duties and restocking as needed.
