Aman Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources for Amangani in Jackson, Wyoming. The role partners with the General Manager and executive team to drive HR strategy and ensure operational excellence across recruitment, performance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include overseeing HR systems (Workday/ADP), talent planning, and compensation & benefits, with an emphasis on data integrity and legal compliance in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and policy frameworks.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP and Workday.

This role will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the property leadership team. The role is heavily focused on operational excellence, compliance, risk management and data integrity, ensuring the foundations of HR are consistently delivered to a high standard. In parallel, the role ensures the business is equipped with the right talent, structure, and capability to deliver exceptional service, in line with brand expectations.
