Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years in housekeeping operations in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary union contracts, front office operations, and Forbes standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching and developing employees.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor costs, inventory and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manage departmental operations, staff performance, and service standards.
• Foster teamwork, set clear expectations, and lead by example.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Mentor, coach, and train new team members to Caesars Palace brand standards.
• Review arrivals, departures, and in-house guests to handle VIPs and preferences.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train Team Members.
• Develop work schedules and maintain staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Resolve guest and Team Member concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and P&L.
