Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel housekeeping team, including status boards, clerks, suite attendants, housepersons, and suite supervisors, ensuring guest rooms meet cleanliness and service standards.

You will lead, coach, and evaluate staff, coordinate with Front Desk, maintain safety and OSHA compliance, and use hotel systems plus MS Office for reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support housekeeping Team Members to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel spaces meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Oversees all Housekeeping staff and ensures proper signing in/out of keys.
• Assist in performance reviews and coach staff as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and work areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments for room status updates and operations support.
• Monitor supplies inventory and report issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with team and management, verbally and in writing.
• Utilize hotel systems and MS Office for daily operations and reporting.
• Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
