Montage International seeks a Housekeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for the Housekeeping department in our luxury hotel.

The role includes inspecting rooms, mentoring staff, and building a high-performance team while collaborating with the Director of Housekeeping and leveraging Workday and Opera systems. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential for maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two plus years’ experience in housekeeping within a luxury resort.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office; Opera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas with exceptional levels of service.
• Manage housekeeping team including mentoring, coaching, counseling and training.
• Build an exceptional housekeeping team while supporting the Director of Housekeeping.
• Work with Workday software and recruiting system software.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop colleagues for maximum effectiveness.
• Provide seamless employee relations with contract employees, ensuring proper training and culture integration.
• Establish safe working conditions through appropriate training.
