Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout our kitchens and heart-of-house areas.

Your attention to detail will ensure sparkling dishware, glassware, and silverware are always available, helping our teams provide the world-class service that defines the Four Seasons experience.

Qualifications

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management: multi-tasking under pressure.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 100 lbs.
• Valid U.S. Work Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, kettles, mixers, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean pots, pans, and utensils with proper solutions.
• Polish and transport silver; support stewarding and kitchen teams.
