Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to lead and motivate a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will model the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and safety while coaching staff to maximize departmental efficiency and service quality.

In this luxury hotel, you will hire, train, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team, conduct inspections, manage labor costs, payroll, and inventory, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, reading and writing.
• Secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of management experience in a luxury hotel.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas by inspections and standards.
• Drive departmental efficiency by managing labor and operating expenses, payroll, inventory, equipment, budgeting and capital planning.
