Four Seasons Westlake Village, CA is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with precise cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling of kitchen equipment. This full-time role reports to the Stewarding leadership and contributes to a pristine guest experience.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining sanitation, polishing silver, and safely using chemicals. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package typical of Four Seasons hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
