Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our kitchens and heart-of-house areas.

Your duties include cleaning ware and equipment, ensuring availability of clean dishware, and supporting the team to provide world-class service in a luxury setting.

• Polish and transport silver ware.
• Complete any additional tasks as directed by Stewarding or leadership.

About The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout our kitchens and heart-of-house areas. Your attention to detail will ensure sparkling dishware, glassware, and silverware are always available, helping our teams provide the world-class service that defines the Four Seasons experience.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly.
• Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions.
• Clean, polish, sort, and transport silver.
• Complete any additional assigned tasks as directed by Stewarding or Hotel leadership.

What You Bring:

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.
• Valid U.S. Work Authorization

What To Expect:

• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential to supporting exceptional dining experiences.
• Perform physically active work that includes continuous movement, repetitive tasks, lifting up to 100 lbs., operating commercial dishwashing equipment, and safely handling cleaning and polishing products.
• Collaborate closely with Stewarding and Culinary teams while maintaining a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
