Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout our kitchens and heart-of-house areas.

Your attention to detail will ensure sparkling dishware, glassware, and silverware are always available, helping our teams provide world-class service.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Work Authorization.
• Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with other departments and guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine and store properly.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls; keep production areas tidy.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using appropriate solutions.
• Sort and transport silver; complete any additional tasks as directed by Stewarding or Hotel leadership.
