Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Rooms Team. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure clean, high standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in housekeeping, strong communication, and US work authorization. This full-time role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One to two years' experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of a specific area.
• Train and coach the staff.
• Schedule work to be done daily and collect room and floor status sheets.
• Monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress and inspect completed rooms.
• Coordinate work orders in the assigned section.
• Follow up to ensure work is completed; release checkout rooms to be sold.
• Monitor the performance of House Attendants.
• Ensure sufficient supplies on guest floors.
• Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and linen closets.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
