Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to stand and move about the kitchen and handle cleaning supplies.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plate ware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans.
• Operate dishwashing machine and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor chemicals and water temperature during the shift.
