Qualifications

• At least 6 months of janitorial, stewarding, cleaning or warehouse experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong hospitality attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignments at the start of each shift.
• Ensure utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and stored correctly.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and tidy; duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Use correct chemicals as part of duties as dishwasher.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Work under demanding and strenuous situations.
• Comply with Health and Safety functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide occasional lateral service to support exceptional hospitality.
• Occasionally perform related tasks as needed for service.
