Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant stewarding/restaurant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Flexible schedule. Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains the dishwashing machine so that clean supplies are readily available for service.
• Washes dishes, utensils, glassware and equipment.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, butcher room, and kitchen areas.
• Assists in the transferring of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Performs any other duties assigned by his/her manager.
