Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Events team with day-to-day operations and exceptional service to Sales Managers and clients. This role blends administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks to drive the sales process and guest experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in administrative, sales support, or hospitality roles.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Support multiple Sales Managers with daily requests and tasks.
• Create contracts, amendments, and client-facing documents with Sales Managers.
• Process sales commissions and assist with tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate site tours and logistics for Sales Managers.
• Maintain and update booking information in sales systems.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth sales-to-event handover.
