The Excalibur at MGM Resorts International seeks a Hotel Operations Manager to partner with the Senior Hotel Manager, guiding the Front Desk team and driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will lead labor planning, develop staff, implement policies, and ensure service standards are met while aligning with company procedures. This is an on-site role in Las Vegas with growth opportunities within MGM Resorts.

Formación

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Technical knowledge of Opera and HotSOS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Front Desk operations under the Senior Hotel Manager guidance.
• Implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, coaching, and development of front desk teams.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with MGM Resorts service standards.
